WE WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
-Total charges due
-Signed application
-Signed Contracts
-Any Hot Checks

ONCE THE ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN PLACED
You will receive a Client Acknowledgement Report showing a list of all debtors placed into collections.
You are not to discuss the accounts with the debtors. Please refer all debtors back to the agency.

COLLECTION PROCEDURES ACCOUNT PLACEMENTS
All accounts are prepared and placed with collectors. Collection letters are mailed. Telephone contacts are attempted.

ACCOUNT FOLLOW-UP:
All contacts on accounts are documented. All accounts are worked periodically.

PAYMENT FOLLOW-UP:
Paid accounts will be indicated on the client’s statements and removed from active files. You will receive a Statement of payment, along with a check listing all debtors and payments made.

ACCOUNT SKIP TRACE:
The collectors will utilize the following procedures:
-Skip Tracing Systems
-Credit Reporting Agencies

CREDIT BUREAU REPORTING: All accounts are reported after 31 days of non-payment. All collection activities are conducted within the boundaries of federal and state guidelines.
